Panel’s Chamber of Chills Toy Review – NECA Horror of Dracula – Christopher Lee
NECA continues its line of classic horror collectibles with a figure based on Hammer Studios’ 1958 film The Horror of Dracula (released simply as Dracula in the UK). This release captures the legendary Christopher Lee in one of his most iconic roles.
Like most NECA figures, this one comes with multiple interchangeable heads and hands, allowing you to pose Dracula in different ways. It also includes three accessories: two candles and a shovel. Honestly, the accessory choices feel a bit forced—as if NECA was stretching to find anything relevant to include. Having seen the film, I can understand the struggle. Dracula isn’t exactly known for a wide range of props.

Two whole candles!!!
Yes, two. That’s commitment.
On the plus side, NECA once again nails the packaging. Their use of original movie poster art on the box adds a nostalgic touch that’s always a highlight for collectors. It makes for a fantastic display piece even if the accessories are underwhelming.
Final Thoughts
- A fun display piece for Hammer horror fans.
- Accessories feel like an afterthought.
- Packaging is a standout, perfect for shelf display.
- Usual NECA articulation and interchangeable parts deliver as expected.
